Lithuania defeated Netherlands 6-3 in Vilnius to extend their Rugby World Cup 2011 qualifying dream and also move up two places in the IRB World Rankings to 39th. Netherlands drop two to 37th.
The biggest climbers this week are Malaysia, who followed up victory over India earlier in the week in Division II of the HSBC Asian Five Nations by defeating China in the final to jump nine places to 69th. China are the biggest fallers, going down four to 48th.
